hey! did you ever work out while you were sick?? i mean it almost seems like common sense not to but i've had a bad cold for 2 days & all i've been doing is eating and lying around. i really really need to exercise.. thanks~
i have…but i find that it only made my colds worse. instead, i focus on eating even healthier comfort foods when im sick so my body will get enough calories and enough nutrients to recover. then, once i’m all better, i work my ass off haha.
