I love your blog and admire your drive! I had a question - I eat really well during breakfast and lunch but when the nighttime comes around all I want to do is binge and eat bad things which makes me feel that my workout and all the good things I had done during the day seem like a waste. I was wondering if you had any advice on how to avoid late night binges?
thank you! i know exactly how you feel and it actually took me some time to get over my late-night cravings. the first thing i did was to ask myself whether i was really hungry or just bored. if i was actually hungry, i’d grab some fruit or oatmeal. and if it turns out i wasn’t, i’d find something to distract me from wanting to eat, whether it be sleeping, exercising, watching tv, reading…whatever.
