lovely-8 asked: I love your blog and admire your drive! I had a question - I eat really well during breakfast and lunch but when the nighttime comes around all I want to do is binge and eat bad things which makes me feel that my workout and all the good things I had done during the day seem like a waste. I was wondering if you had any advice on how to avoid late night binges?
