Hey i am in college and I'm and athlete Im playing soccer. I feel like i am gaining a lot of weight, I'm not 100% sure though that I am because i haven't weighted myself. Anyway, I had a six pack when I came and now i feel like my stomach is getting pudgy. Can you help me, I want my body to be more fit, like when i got here.
I know how you feeeelllll. if you feel like you’re losing your abs and gaining weight, pay more attention to what you eat. i’m guessing that since you play soccer, you don’t have a problem in the exercise area. i recommend doing more ab work though! to really get em to show! just eat healthier and you’ll be fitter than ever (:
