I lost 5lbs over the past month, but I look the same. Do you have any suggestions as to why? I went from 130 to 125 and have been weightlifting and eating healthy. I love your blog so much!
if u’ve been weightlifting, it’s most probably because you are losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. do you look exactly the same? or do you notice that you’re at least just a little more toned in some parts of your body?
heyy! great blog! i just wanna know if you have any tips on balancing your work load in school and managing to get enough sleep! Exams kill me because I feel like I can never get the sufficient amount of sleep
i’m probably not the best person to answer this question cos i don’t get much sleep during exam week either, but i plan to! what i plan to do is to get studying as soon as i get home from school, whether it be for an exam that i’m taking the next day, or the next week. it’s all about getting it done asap, and then it’s out of the way! then after studying, give yourself a little time to relax and have some “me” time, like surfing the web or whatnot. then…SLEEP!!!!! hope i helped? :)
