Check out this website.. this girl bakes cakes, cookies, twinkies, muffins, cupcakes, candy and other DELICIOUS goodies using protein powder!! I have actually made several of her recipes and they turned out pretty darn good!

When doing any ab exercise, make sure you are using your core to perform the movement! 
Core exercises are all about quality, not quantity.

When doing any exercise, always engage your core! You get some of the best core workouts not from planks, but from heavy compound movements like deadlifts!! =)

I worked hard to be where I am today….My motivation waned at times… the road to now has had some bumps.. I lost some friends, I missed out on some parties, I had to skip some desserts… but you know what? In the end… it was all worth it.

Anonymous asked: heyy! great blog! i just wanna know if you have any tips on balancing your work load in school and managing to get enough sleep! Exams kill me because I feel like I can never get the sufficient amount of sleep

i’m probably not the best person to answer this question cos i don’t get much sleep during exam week either, but i plan to! what i plan to do is to get studying as soon as i get home from school, whether it be for an exam  that i’m taking the next day, or the next week. it’s all about getting it done asap, and then it’s out of the way! then after studying, give yourself a little time to relax and have some “me” time, like surfing the web or whatnot. then…SLEEP!!!!! hope i helped? :)
